This modern traditional home designed to be built in 2968 Square Feet (275 Square Meters) concerned of 5 bedroom with attached bathroom.
The design is evolved by considering the privacy requirement by the client. private spaces and public/semi public spaces are seperated by incorporating multiple courtyards in the design. These courtyards act as a breathing space in the structure. This separation in the built structure also helps in avoiding the bulkiness of the building. It is estimated about 75 lakhs.
